back to school with PLAYTIME...

Hello all! I know, it's been awhile... so much has happened since my last post I don't even know where to start. So I figured since it is hours away from being September which means the itty bitty beginning of fall {my ALL time favorite season} and time for the kiddos to head back to school! Well in our house today marks a day of firsts... my desert darling starts kindergarten and my bay area beauty ventures out into the wide world of preschool! I am so very proud of both my girls and excited for what God has in store for them.

To help them take a bit of family along for their journey {I know they are only at school a few precious hours but roll with me} I started playing with the new PLAYTIME collection from My Little Shoebox.

A set of decorated building blocks, a great gift for a teacher to show your appreciation!

Here are up close shots of each block, loved working with this line!

A thank you card, because it is important to thank people in advance!
Gifts for the teachers... Erin introduced this idea to me a few years ago and these are filled with all the first week of school essentials! Emergen-C, gum, post-its, tissue, throat drops, and the ever-so-traditional apple!

An up close peek at the tags, they were so easy to use and these came together in a pinch!

Since I had such a great time playing with PLAYTIME it is time for one lucky person to take home the entire collection! Please leave me a comment here on the blog and I will choose the lucky winner on Friday! Hope you have a great first week of school!

Creative Cheers!

  1. Awesome projects, as always! I love the block with the pencils on it + the cute card w/ the glittery letters, and while I know the teachers will love the goodies inside the bags, I really appreciate the cute tags on the outside!
My kids started back last Monday. A bit of a rude awakening for all of us, but we're adjusting. ;) Hope your girls enjoy their school time!
